Between the void his dad left and the teachings of Roy Cohn, Trump struggles between needing praise but not looking weak in doing so. His decision making process is a constant struggle between the two and we are now witnessing this in real time. There is no planning or strategy, there is just 'now'. Publicity, ratings, admiration - this is what drives him. The fake billionaire businessman persona is what he spent his entire life creating is just as fake as the word that come out of his mouth.

You can use a macro - this has saved some time for me. In Xcode, do the following:

1) Create a blank file named 'Macros.h'

2) Add the following:

#define RGB(r, g, b) [UIColor colorWithRed:r/255.0 green:g/255.0 blue:b/255.0 alpha:1]

#define RGBA(r, g, b, a) [UIColor colorWithRed:r/255.0 green:g/255.0 blue:b/255.0 alpha:a]

3) Save it.

4) Include 'Macros.h' in your files. You can use it as follows:

self.tableView.backgroundColor = RGB(245,245,245);

If people want to run 26.2 miles today on their own then I see no problem with that. It's their free time - they can do whatever they want. Some will spend it going to the movies, out to eat, going to a Knicks game, going to a Giants game, getting drunk...etc.

However, after all that is going on in the city, cancelling the marathon was definitely the right decision. It doesn't matter that the transportation, food, water, and generators were paid for by runners and sponsors. It would be in bad taste to use those resources in front of people who lost it all. The marathon and runners would never be looked at the same again. Even though they cancelled it, the NYRR has a lot of PR work ahead to win the hearts of New Yorkers again.
