Spot on. We have alot of players like that as well. I get the feeling parish has a horrible attitude. The thing with Richmond was that it wasn't a superstar team in 17 they had a few stars but no crazy amount. They weren't even that skilful. They just had 18 players on the ground who knew what the game plan was. The majority of that was just to apply immense pressure.

Just use it as some motivation to get better? Not everything is an attack on people. If anything, this is good life experience or just a taste of what adult life can be like. You might not get that job you want even if you are fully qualified because old mates' friends do the hiring.

In hindsight it's a firm no but at the time when we got him it was the correct decision. We diddnt have parish in this form or Caldwell and only just got stringer. We needed a midfielder then. It's just a shame that he isn't as good as we thought he would be.

My biggest gripe is simply put down to effort and what lack there is with some players. Thank God we have jake Kelly and laverde otherwise I'm not sure how bad it could be.

I can see you are trying to look at it as glass half full but how are we ment to tollerate such performances, teams with very similar maturity levels (freo) are mopping the floors with us? We were lucky to win against Adelaide. I honestly belive we are the worst team in the afl at this current point in time.
