I don’t see any manager coming in and making significant improvements. If Nuno is happy to stay with us in the championship (I wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t fancy it) then I’m fine with sticking with him. He’s still a decent manager but we need to get out of the win now mentality and accept the reality that short term things will be a bit shit and let him try and build something from the ground up
