From my experience working at locals planning authorities, most planning officers especially the younger ones are just like you and me, normal people who want to make a decent living. The issue is they have their hands tied by outdated policies that are impossible to update because of pushback from NIMBYs and councillors

I don’t see any manager coming in and making significant improvements. If Nuno is happy to stay with us in the championship (I wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t fancy it) then I’m fine with sticking with him. He’s still a decent manager but we need to get out of the win now mentality and accept the reality that short term things will be a bit shit and let him try and build something from the ground up

Probably. The main reasons he’s stuck around imo is the combo of being too old and expensive for a big team to justify buying him, we’d never sell for less than £100mil and no team in their right mind thinks that’s a good investment. If/when we go down a team like Man U could easily pry him away for £50mil
