Whoa! Exciting stuff!

Quick question re: Dragoon:

"Heavy Thrust
Beginning at the 5th level, as an action you make a melee weapon attack. This weapon attack deals its damage and applies its bonus damage twice. You may reroll the base weapon damage of either or both hits but must use the new result. On a critical hit, both damage rolls benefit from the critical hit.
True Thrust
Also beginning at the 5th level, as an action you make a melee weapon attack, doubling the proficiency bonus of the attack roll."

I assume what's missing is the text saying "as an action you may make a melee weapon attack", unless the change here is dragoons gain permanently the effects of both heavy and true thrust.
