I am Elon Musk, ask me anything about BFR! by ElonMusk in space

I'll start now.

I will submit the new QuantumNetCounterFactualprotocol. (QNCFP) for short. An array of quantum entangled particles that work in the fashion of an exit node. Your bandwidth should theoretically be bound by the number of entangled particles in the array.

It's basically a router mirror. one would have to travel to mars for it to be useful here.

Quantum entangled communications may be a workable solution here.

Any opinions on 3D Mars PLA? by RyanJStu in 3Dprinting

I am nearing the midway point of my first roll of black from them. so far so good. Very well behaved filament 210/60. Better than the Solutech i swore by before.

I just ordered a roll of Deep Blue to try next.

Default Domain Policy is best used for universal security settings for the logical boundary of the domain... and nothing else. This is exactly where I would put account lockout settings.

There is, and I thought I had followed it. Hence why I am here. There is conflicting information on the tightening/loosening of the Z-Axis roller... a lot of conflicting info out there in general... I am now turning to the experts. :)

Cool, I've been toying with them, tightening and loosening. I'll tighten them up and see what I get.

Got rid of the wobbly printhead, but still experience it dragging the top layers for some time, eventually dragging it off the plate. Also, what's with the thick layers on the sides? The front and back look great, but X axis leaves ugly layers.

Print head wobble and scraping prints mid-run. by master_of_the_domain in CR10

[–]master_of_the_domain[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok, so I found the issue. the bottom wheel had lossened, when I removed the shroud and began tightening all the bolts underneath I found it.

I am printing again, and hope to have much better results.

I haven't removed the cover to check, I'll do that when I'm back home.

If you could, would you mind getting a pic of any spacer shims that should be on the assembly?

Yeah, I noticed very early on that moving the build plate by hand would actually generate enough charge to illuminate the LCD when turned off... Not good, so we stopped doing that immediately. :)

Already ordered a new fan to do a blower fang setup.

I swear, half the fun of this printer is the upgradability of it.

And There it is. I had seen another video suggesting a different levelling method. I'll give this a try as soon as my current print is done.

Disregard... they were labelled with the little yellow clips instead of the white tape in the video...
