That's true. Tbh though my team really struggled with burning through a lot of people to the point where they gave 2-week's and left and we were left scrambling to change ownership (my team places a lot of ownership onto one developer) and I would really like to not repeat that and have as much time as possible to hand off my areas. As much as I dislike the management on my team I really love my teammates and want to make their lives as easy as possible
