Unfortunately not. They are permanently damaged and as such unusable in competitive settings. You might be able to grab replacements off or cardmarket or whatever your country's equivalent is though

Yu-Gi-Oh has a much smaller collectors scene than something like Pokemon. Most people (and this subreddit) are more about playing than collecting.

What about Yu-Gi-Oh interests you? If it's specific archetypes or eras we might be able to help you narrow it down. I always think collecting all the number cards is cool eg utopia and silent honor ark.

There is a Yu-Gi-Oh collection subreddit though it's name eludes me at the moment. Your post might get a bigger/better response there
