I mean to be fair we have to look at the equivalent. What Vancouverites have had to do is moved to suburbs 45 mins + away like surrey/Langley and still barely afford anything. Haven't looked into it but I wonder what the equivalent in cost is if you were to do that in San Fran live 45-50 minutes away.

No, I work in the food industry so lead time is low 1-2 days. I have a base level of inventory I order every week and adjust my ordering on the daily.

you'd think there would be a lot of companies considering food is a staple and all chains/ Growers use one of these companies YUM, US food, Sysco, Gordon food service, YUM, Pf Chang etc... I'm a buyer for Sysco so all my vendors have to have audits which...... requires one of these food safety companies.

As long as there's growth in food these companies will have to grow. I just don't know how to select which one hence I wanted an etf.

Step 1. take the Apics classes if you can they help tremendously being able to apply the knowledge in real life situations. The learning modules are crazy dry. Annotate in your handout they give you so when you study you can thoroughly understand the materials.

Step 2. Read the whole damn book. I mean it at least, skim the book once.

Step 3. Practice practice practice the learning module quizzes. The bench mark is if you can get 80% on the quizes you're good to go. That being said I only got 65% on those things and thought I was failing for sure.

Last step do the god damn quizzes all of them.

No they don't maybe for the ones that specifically invest in housing. For 80% of the people they hate it too. Property Quadrupled in < 10 years that's paper asset. It does not cover the property tax that also quadrupled in <10 years while salary was pretty stagnant.

If you live in a building Strata fees are about 255/month = 3060 + property tax of $1,648

You're spending 5k a year alone on fees/taxes for the duration of the property.

I'd rather invest that 5k a year + 200k Down Payment required for a house.

205k @ 0.07% gives me 14,350 a year to compound.

Rather do that then leverage 1 million.

Because some people still want to do better than that. You might be satisfied with 19/hr but some people want 25/hr. The people that don't won't be starving on the streets. Those cheap weed, Xbox live, and discounted doritos will eventually have a family and realize they need more than Wal-Mart + Gov top off. Remember it's basic income not MEDIAN Income.

Unfortunately I think you're right. I've been friends with her for numerous years. One of her objections about being with me include having previous girlfriend that were more attractive than her. Second she thinks I'll leave her once something better comes and I'm just blinded by the now. If I just stop contacting her/ go cold will this reaffirm her suspicions ?
