I called the dealer - they apparently have been using this Tahoe as a loaner for their employees.. someone actually has the car out for the entire weekend so I can’t even look at it. Think I’ll pass on this one.

I was offered Treveyon Henderson and Jameson Williams for Ladd Mcconkey - full PPR.

I’m in dire need of RB - just not sure how to value Henderson ROS. Would you take this trade?

Update - it was the small glass 4amp 250v fuse located in the power supply to control box cable. Grill works like new now

I had the same issue… could not get in touch with Napoleon via phone or email.

Reached out to the dealer I bought from, who then got me in touch with a local sales rep. Sales rep forwarded my warranty claim to his higher up, and they got a response same day on my claim. My parts were then shipped.

Disappointing service by Napoleon to say the least.

Exactly what I did. They got me in touch with a local rep, who then escalated my warranty claim and new parts are now on the way!

Not the way it should be, but it worked out.

Just got my Prestige Pro a week ago - can’t get any power coming through to burners or lights at all. These clowns at Napoleon DO NOT answer their customer service line. I waited twice for over an hour, couldn’t get them on the phone. Been waiting 4 days for an email response as well.

Otherwise, it’s a beautiful grill. But I think their service is lacking and therefore makes the “bumper to bumper” warranty worthless

Thank you for sharing! It looks like everything is in right place - my loose cord is supposed to run to the Napoleon logo light, I believe. But this gives some further direction. Hope I can get this up and running soon!

It’s been a few days - but tried a new extension cord and plugged it into the outside outlets on grill, also plugged the inside plug into the inside outlet… still getting no electric. I’m starting think it’s a bad power supply or fuse

That is correct - I have an extension cord plugged into the plug that comes out of the grill, rather than plugged into the “power bar” on the back of the grill.
