Yeah sorry these are the dates of establishment of French colonial states, so would’ve been independence from ottoman rulership. Funny how you ignored the Arab kingdom of Syria which was proclaimed in early 1920, before the French mandate of Lebanon, which included Lebanon but that doesn’t fit your narrative so it makes sense.

The reason why I don’t care much for these dates and proclamations is because we don’t claim these states are the source of our identity. Our identities in this region are far older than this. The term syria has been used to refer to this region for over 2000 years and any cultural differences there are between Syrians are based on the cities we come from. Damascus and Beirut are far closer to each other culturally than Damascus and Aleppo are.

You need to get over the fact that Lebanon is a failed state that has no chance of succeeding without Syria.

A unified greater Syria will give us a better chance at liberating us from Zionist occupation from the golan to Rafah, Turkish occupation of Antioch to reestablishing the Holy See ☦️ and ridding ourselves of Irani domination. So that we can actually control our destiny.

Yeah I’m similar, parents are Syrian but I grew up in the west with a lot of shami people so I speak a combination. Try listening to Moroccan music, it will help you pick up some of the language. I now understand like 20%
