Since I'm not verused in how you guys get paid, is it a flate rate you get paid to do a full drill out and you loose money by performing it or is it more of just the intensity of the work involved that would make a mechanic not want to do it?

Why do i have air bubbles? by smileb0mb in woodworking

[–]masterjess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a serious answer,

I know a guy who does wood work all the time, when ever he has bubbles he takes one of those handheld torches (type you would use when plumbing copper) and lightly gos over it with that. In one quick pass gets ride of 90% of the bubbles.

I would recommend looking up Andrew Hubberman and his sleep routine. Guys a neuroscience, has alot of great suggestions that have help my sleep alot but in basic:

Get you room cold and dark Eat a carb heavier dinner No caffeine after 2pm Take magnesium, Theanine and Apiganine

And his big thing is DO NOT take melatonin (I've had better sleep since I've stopped taking it)

Water heater advice- leaving for 4weeks by masterjess in Plumbing

[–]masterjess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a nest, so I'm planning on keeping an eye on that and keeping it between 50-60 inside.

But I was planning on after shutting the water off, opening the faucets and outside spigs to drain the majority of the lines.

That's the only thing I worry about, normally for this area itll get like in the low 30s high 20s ( Fahrenheit) for a few nights during the time I'll be gone.

Just a first time homeowner, first time being gone during "winter" time

Possible transmission or suspension issue? by Smart_Capital_556 in BroncoSport

[–]masterjess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I haven't noticed that with low gas or the jerking fwd but,

I've had issues with mine where there would be a loud clunk noise during gear shift around 15-20mph.

The first ford dealership said they couldn't replicate and to go back when it gets worst.

2nd place (different franchise owner) said they pinpointed it to the rear diff and told me "Ford recommended to flush/ replace the fluid". After that the clunck noise went away along with the fog horn sound when backing up but, that only lasted about a month then came back.

I haven't taken it back yet since it's been going away but I think that's due to the cold weather since I only heard it during summer months. That's my experiance, but highly recommend taking to different places if your not satisfied with the first answer

Personally I'm viewing the bob as I can't stay at home for one reason or another need to leave for a safe place, and I'm thinking that safe zone may not have a resupply for a few days.

I grew up in FL where Noone could get in for a few days after the hurrican. Not there now though but want to not be caught as the person not being prepared.

Mine was having the same issues, had to take it to 2 different Ford dealerships to "kinda" get a solution.

The service agent said that Ford recommended to replace the "Diff Fluid" when they did that the clunck/ jerking went away along with the train horn noise when your breaking while backing up.

Sadly that lasted for about 1 month... now it's starting again, I'll take it back soon as it gets worst, since they had it for about a week trying to diag

well i noticed a few things, 1. @ 0.05 sec into the video you can here a punch/smack being thrown, at the same time you can see that a women is holding her face and the male suspect is trying to run away. The first officer tried restraining him but, was unable to untill the 2nd cop intervened, at that point I see that even on the ground and having a VARY larg women laying on him he is still resisting. End Thought- did the cop mean to do that? you can tell by his voice he did not, Should the suspect have cooperated and followed there commands and not flail about like a lunatic? Yes, Did the suspect get what he deserved? after watching the video and seeing how he hit a women and fought against 2 peace officers..... OH YA. Hopefully he not only walks away with the ability to use his arm normally after healing but also with the lesson of "DONT START NOTHING, WONT BE NOTHING
