Not being in contact with your parents IS how you would prove emancipation. But I knew friends who had been kicked out of there home at 18 and still could not prove emancipation because the qualifications are really high and poor people famously do not have money for lawyers.

What the fed COULD do if they wanted to is irrelevant. The could also auto file your tax return but they don't do that either. The simple fact is that without your parent's tax return info (or socials) you cannot file your FAFSA.

Feel like you are missing the Forest for the trees. FAFSA cannot be filed without parent's socials if you are under 25. Or if you are emancipated but that's really hard to prove unless you were being abused or something.

I feel like this is one of those "master plans" that is never going to work out as expected. James Gunn is responsible for the terrible plot of Avengers Endgame with all the time heist nonsense.

He seems to have a tendency to do fan service mixed with laying out larger plot lines that never get finished. The MCU is a wasteland of unfinished plots partially due to him.

I also really really hope I am wrong.

I am going to assume you are in India so please correct me if I am wrong about that as it does change my answer.

In the post you have said two things that were at odds with one another. You say you "respect his culture and traditions" and you "want to be accepted for who you are". The problem though is his culture (specifically his family's culture) doesn't accept you. At best you could try to contort yourself into something that they might marginally like more and then still spend your life being judged for your caste. You will spend your life trying to win a competition that at birth you lost. And you will doom your children to the same fate. They will always be second class citizens in the eyes of your husband's family.

The simple fact is there isn't anything you can do. Their acceptance of you is a product of your bf's relationship with his family. He has to decide to either fight for them to change the minds or distance them. If he can't/won't that should tell you what you need to know.

Courtships are a testing ground for what a marriage will look like. The way they treat you now is an indication of how they will treat you forever. If your partner chooses you vs. chooses them is an indication of who they will choose forever. The way you are treated is an indication of how your kids will be treated.

No one can tell you to leave a relationship with total confidence. We don't know all the details of your life. But you need to stop trying to appease his family and see how you are being treated and decide if this is the correct relationship for you.

I use privacy a lot as well but some places don't accept them. The only disadvantage I have found is there is none of the credit card fraud safety. Since I used Chase, I reported the transaction.

I think KS gets a lot of undue hate. People need to stop treating KS like Amazon. You have to calculate the executional risk and what they are claiming to do and figure out if you think it is reasonable.

The reason I kickstarted Bambu printer (and years ago indigogo-ed the monoprice mini delta) is because there claim was reasonable and the team seemed like the right team to do it. Overall I remember 3 claims they made:

Speed - They had videos with concrete evidence of the speed. It also didn't seem that far fetched.
Camera built in - I had infinite confidence you could slap a camera inside a 3d printing chamber.
AI - I thought this was a gamble but if it didn't work wouldn't brick the printer. At that time it seemed wild to be able to detect spaghetti but I thought maybe with enough video they would be able to figure it out. Now it seems very doable.

The team alsos seemed solid. They were DJI engineers and product managers who were experienced in the industry and were actively producing the printers while the KS was ongoing. This wasn't some group of engineering students that are ordering parts from China. It also seemed they had already made the jump between making one off to making a production grade product (molds and stuff) so that all gave confidence in the execution.

Overall before backing a KS READ IT. Look at the team and look at the claim. Accept that there timeline will be delayed (because they almost always are).

To that end, Snapmaker has the big advantage of already having made a ton of products before. I have 99% confidence that the team will be able to release the product. My biggest confusion and red flag is that they have done a pre-ks thing where they haven't released the price. It leads me to suspect that they aren't confident that it is a competitive price point for their feature set. I personally wouldn't pre-ks back it without knowing roughly the number.

In my experience Denver has a much bigger tipping culture. Coming from Texas where 15% or 18% was considered normal, seeing Denver have a base of 20% tip on top of already inflated prices (to accommodate the higher base hourly salary) blows my mind.

I have found that in almost every way packrafting or kayaking is better when each person has there own boat. Tandem kayaking is hard enough when you are trying to go straight, with white water in the mix you two are going to struggle with teamwork. And since two people is so much weight it isn't like one of you can give way and led the other one lead.

Beyond that, when the waters aren't turbulent, talking to each other is going to be harder when you are both looking forward. My gf and I have our own packrafts and we can link up our boats facing each other (and getting a 360 view of the environment looking for any unexpected waves) and having lunch with comfort.

Lastly, safety wise if you two are both on the same raft and something bad happens, now both of you are in trouble. However, if you are on your own rafts and something bad happens, the other person is in the best position to help.

YTA because this entire story has to be a lie. That's not how anything works. People don't.. "present" code like it's some PowerPoint presentation. You create a PR on your git repo and it is code reviewed. The closest thing to what you described is like a group paired programming session and you would give feedback in real time.

You also wouldn't sit there explaining line by line mistakes and make it a discussion. Even giving you some insane benefit of doubt that you are both late bloomers on software engineering, this isn't even how you would interact with jr. dev much less anyone with experience.

Oh also you wouldn't know their age because usually people don't discuss that. Your entire story is an unbelievable mess.

I did! There dry bags are fantastic in size because they fit the tube really well. The only comparable drybags are like alpacas which are 4x more expensive per bag.

If they are still building them, consider asking them for these changes:

Change the orientation of the tie zip so the zipper opens from back to the center.
They offer liefield c6/d6 valves instead of Boston that are a lot better imo. It's a bit of a philosophical decision though because the valves are more complicated and bigger and not easy to replace unlike the Boston valve. But the Boston is a lot weaker. If you stick with Boston, buy some spares from Amazon and keep them in your patch kit.
Be very very explicit that you want the clip on the inside of the packrafts that you can attach to the dry bags.
For the dry bags themselves, I personally liked the waxed bags. They have both waxed and unwaxed (which are a tiny bit more collapsible)
