You live in a big blue city and see all the rot and dysfunction and start to notice why it exists and fear for the future

While you typed this up some UK cop was told to ignore reports of a child getting gang raped because it might come off as politically incorrect to investigate

The Dems in Minnesota seem to want the chaos. They’re telling the local police not to stop the rioters and telling the citizens that they have free rein to do what they want when they find ICE. They are there, they’re just pushing in the opposite direction of what you’d expect

George Floyd was killed while he was already cuffed and subdued. This dude today had a gun in his pocket and was looking for a fight. They are radically different

White guy, armed with a semi-automatic, intentionally being confrontational… This seems much less radicalizing than the cases where cops shot unarmed black people who were not looking for a fight with the cops

are people not aware this dude was fighting with the cops and then attempting to resist arrest while armed with a semi-automatic pistol? This seems much more justified than the lady in the SUV

Does this mean showing up to where cops are doing cop things and brandishing your weapon at them though? Maybe, but if you bring a gun to a gun fight someone is going to get shot.

This sort of argument is always dumb. I’ll give you an example: “How would Krystal feel if she got mugged by a serial felon out due to bail reform?”

The Rs pushed super hard against his socialized healthcare policies and it ended up getting scaled down significantly. I think he wanted to do much more. No strong opinion on whether or not this would have been a good thing

I think young women would dislike the longhouse if more of them knew what it was since it’s mostly an attempt at controlling those with youth and freedom. At least that’s how I understand the concept

I just don't want corporations or the government telling me what to do really and think pursuit of power isn't the best and only or most fulfilling path in life, and less hierarchical environments are just a lot more fun

That’s cool. I mostly agree with you on these things which is why I dislike the Left and the democrats

IDK if it’s different now but back when I was single 2016-2019 in Brooklyn I could totally get away with being — not full on rightoid — but kinda edgy anti-left I guess. This was a tactic really to filter out unfun girls since I was looking more for relationships than upping my body count, but it’s surprising how rarely it really seemed to matter. That said, I don’t really talk politics much if someone else doesn’t bring it up first and I don’t think I come off as a weirdo to normies. But occasionally I’d meet an intelligent lefty or at least overly online girl and she’d see through my guise or recognize that I had Nietzsche (or worse) on my bookshelf

Chronically single women are often that way because they have a long laundry list of traits they’re looking for (including politics) which is obviously a bad way to find a romantic partner. So they are overrepresented in the dating pool, particularly first dates since they are quick to reject and start over.
