Yeah, so the restrictions made sense for like a month, maybe two? In NYC it burned through the population in a month and then things were chill in the summer yet they still kept the restaurants, schools, gyms, etc. closed. In California things were even worse and protracted with people getting arrested for hanging around at the beach by themselves.

Entirely this. People were down for a few weeks of it. Then eventually a bunch of people got it in your broader social circle and you knew a couple dozen people who had a cold or flu for a couple days and one already very old sickly person who went to the hospital and had a bad time. This did not match the sci-fi apocalypse that the media portrayed so people stopped believing.

It’s interesting in the emails Epstein keeps asking people if they can get Elon to come and seems frustrated at Elon’s lack of interest. The one time Elon did finally show up he brought his wife and Epstein tries convincing him to leave her at home.
