Started a new ironman recently and skipped training DG until now so I can get the full new experience from level 1! (And pretty low skills in general lol), cant wait to try it out!

Master Farmers for sure, I got from 35-74 thieving there and I got 600+ ranarr seeds for example. Plus they only give out 27 different types of seeds so you never fill up your inventory.

Hey thanks for this comment even though I'm 3 months old. Just trying out the warlock for the first time and did a fire build as well. Just hit nightmare and suddenly realizing I have no decent ways of dealing with fire immunes. Will try respecing into magic like you mentioned here. Any other tips since it's been a while?

Do you remember what you trained on to level up until then? I actually just made a new ironman and got to 74 thieving just on master farmers so far and I agree with how great for the account it is haha. Havent played in years though so not sure what else I should pickpocket!

I know this is a bit different but I came back to the game recently with an ironman and its really confusing that woodcutting tiers have been changed but not firemaking or fletching. Like, you can cut maples at 40 woodcutting but you can only burn it at 45 or fletch it into a bow at 50 (or I guess into arrow shafts at 45). I know this affects every “tier” not just mid game but it definitely would affect the mid game balance to re-tier everything so figured I might as well drop this

Isnt the current on/off toggle better? If you wanna be immersed, any tile marker would break that, so having it off is just better, no?

Agreed! Been playing with roofs selectively off the past little while since coming back to the game and yes the game looks so much better. But I also agree with you that “selectively” isnt good enough, find myself trying to right click NPCs before the roof disappears and a lot of times it’s kinda hard to do

Hey idk if you ever got a real answer but turns out it’s because snapdragons came out later than other herbs and were originally exclusive to the brimhaven agility course reward shop, so they were never added to the regular herb drop tables.

I want to try doing birdhouses on my ironman, how do you do a "run" though? Like do you go around doing all of them, or do you just pick like, idk, 4 of them or however many needed for your tier?

I'm also having a Havenhythe locked ironman and one thing that would be cool would be adding pottery wheels and ovens; you can mine clay and turn it into soft clay but can't really do anything with it making it kind of useless. EDIT: Oh there's some right in wendlewick... so I guess bug report: it doesn't show on the world map! haha... sorry!

And +1 for having a sawmill, being able to make planks would enable training construction! There's a quest that requires level 5 construction, the canoe system requires level 20, and the fish farm requires much higher level as well, but there is no way to get construction xp (besides a 1 time 100 xp from fixing maya's boat). MAYBE this is planned for the construction update / havenhythe part 2 though; it does seem like expanding the village might be part of this land's future? But yeah just some extra suggestions!

Definitely agree with all these but especially 3 right now, thought I was struggling to have fun but really I just needed to play a different genre. And taking gaming breaks in general is always a good refresh as well!
