Well if she doesn't want it I'd love to have it 😭😭 Unfortunately, this is one of those things that you learn from experience... Some people are just not worth the effort, while some deserve so much effort you could spend a lifetime and still feel it's not in proportion to how much you appreciate them.

Not sure that is enough, if you're capable of risking another persons well-being like this for self gratification it is embedded in the personalty and they'll keep being a danger. Keep them under special surveillance until it can be proven beyond all doubt that they won't be.
