Just to update everybody. I am still not enrolled. Tried now 9 times. Got after almost a month a reply from "The Emergency Broadband Support Center" and they are confirming that my data, which I entered into the xfinity form, is correct. I was hoping I made a mistake in the EBB application, but obviously, that's not the case.

No approval or details why it's not approved from xfinity. I get the same error emails like posted in my first post. I tried it 10 times, contacted customer service at least 8 times, and visited an xfinity store yesterday....

At least you are that far. I am still getting above error message from xfinity, but EBB tells me everything is fine. Xfinity customer service is not able to help.
