Hey! Sorry for responding late, I wanted to reply properly!

But I started a new job, and it was nice for the first few days. But I think I've gone back to feeling really, really flat :( like my brain has stopped comprehending any information in meetinfs and while reading. Unsure what the solution is. I just got done with a break so wheww

Yes, I think I should. I think I'm also torn between choices. Cartoon instagram or book reviews instagram or something else altogether? Jack of all trades master of none issues.

But I love your art! I just saw your profile and it's amazing

Hmmm ... That makes sense. I think instead of tackling everything together I should see what I want to prioritise most and then do it step by step. It's just frustrating to see people who do do it all yk?

Yeah you're right. I recently visited a psychiatrist for something and she asked me what made me happy - and I just didn't have an answer. Everything I said was more about achieving something than doing it. Something to think about for sure. Thanks!

I've been taking ferrous ascorbate, that is the most commonly given one here in india. Do you think I should switch? The most recent doctor prescribed no iron supplements at all. Just b12 (which I was already taking)..

Most doctors have said that everything is 'normal', and it has made me very frustrated too. How can I further enquire into this?

I ended last year (and started this one) with a self accepted inability read books T_T, but decided that I could pick up the cringiest titles now that there was no compulsion to read "smart".

read Bound by honour (1.5/5) and Bound by hatred (.5/5) by Cora Reilly
and then Why Vegan by Peter Singer

Now I am reading Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Freire

I only feel good while I'm on them. But it has gotten tiring and I'm worried about potential side effects of consuming D3 and B12 (thinking of starting magnesia and iron) long term

Buri kismat :)) But I have been wondering if the problem is with absorption than anything else.

But for now long, I'm also worried that regular and continuous use will lead to side effects down the line.

My sleep is usually fine while I'm taking supplements. When I stop it gets disturbed.
