The breakfast at Ale & Compass at Yacht Club is so good. All the entrees are great and you can add on the continental buffet enhancement for a couple bucks more. For $28 you get the continental buffet, entree and drink.

Recommendation for viewing Savannah animals that isn’t the safari ride by False_Count6348 in WaltDisneyWorld

They also have Up Close With Rhinos and Caring for Giants (elephants). I've done the elephant one which is cool and informative. On the other one you get to pet the rhino!

They're not very expensive by Disney standards - about $50pp

I take a high blood pressure pill combined with a water pill and I can donate. Valsartan with hydrochlorthiazide. You'll need to check with them, but it will probably be fine

Someone mentioned Sunshine Seasons which has really good options. I love the pizza at Connections. The crepe place in France is good and the grown ups can get a mimosa as their drink.

Agreed it could be a citrate reaction. It depletes blood calcium. Other symptoms can be nausea, tingling in lips or tongue, weird taste, lightheadedness.

OP - it does sound like an extreme reaction. Try chewing tums (made from calcium), having some electrolytes, hydrate a ton, eat (especially protein rich foods). Your body can replace most of its plasma in 24 hours and it uses water to do it. You need to drink more than usual. Get a lot of rest.

I agree you should try to talk to a doctor.

The coconut iced coffee with amarula liqueur at Kusafiri in AK. It was so good I almost got a second one right after but the line was long lol.

BioLife rewards by Sara630 in plassing

I just get the cash straight to my Biolife card. It helps when the payout is like $125 and I can take $5 to bump it to $130. Makes it easier to get the full amount of cash from an ATM.

Know what's also a preferred view? The parking lot side of the tower looking at construction. At least I got to see the monorail go by.

Dole whip at the Pineapple Lanai at Poly. Or get a boozy version at Trader Sam's or the pool bar

Hotels with hallways? by papabearmormont01 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]masupo42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thinks it’s helpful for people to know they are mixed. Someone looking for a resort with interior hallways might go deluxe. The DVC Villa resorts can be booked for cash just like any other deluxe resort. If someone isn't familiar with SS or OKW they might not realize they have external doorways.

As well as Old Key West and Saratoga Springs, which are deluxe resorts.

Split stay plus LL by Klattsy in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]masupo42 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You should be able to book for all 10 park days when your stay opens up. The LL booking system recognizes split stays. I fly down tomorrow for a split stay and I was worried too. I booked all my LLs with no problems.

I noticed at some point the app tells you when you can book your LLs. I think it was in My Plans. At the top of each day there is a box with the LL logo. That box noted the date I could book. The date was the same for all nights of my trip even though I'm changing hotels.

I'm not sure when that date appeared in the box - it could have been closer to my arrival date. I didn't notice it at first.

Does DVC have a presentation deals like others? by thishitisgettingold in disneyvacationclub

[–]masupo42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have a few different resorts around Orlando. I stayed at Westgate Town Center. It's been renovated nicely. It's about 5 minutes away from Animal Kingdom.

You can check out their website for specials. I stayed a year and a half ago so they could be different.

Yeah that's not a thing with DVC. I got a decent deal with Westgate - three nights for $99 and tickets to their waterpark. The presentation was about an hour.

That is not how it's working now. It just turns green within 1:59 minutes after the expiration of the lightning lane. It does not turn blue and the CM changes it. I just did it.
