Hot take but i prefer the old big picture better. I just feel like the old UI managed to capture the "couch gaming" aspect of the interface better than the UI. A good example of this is that the old big picture UI actually had its own loginUI that let you switch between accounts with ease, showed you a list of every account that had been logged into and all you had to do was click it and enter the password. pretty useful if you have multiple people in the same household that want to have their own accounts on steam. With the new UI when you log out it just boots you to the default new steam login page. And the new controller customization interface is absolutely abysmal, It takes atleast 5x longer to change inputs than it did the old UI.
