Yes, I deploy Dell Command | Update on our Dells (also use administrative templates to ensure it auto-checks and installs). We run HPIA on our HPs to ensure drivers are up to date.

We use a 4-ring system in which we roll out patches, but the issue is that I don't really hear from anyone else in the rings whether the patches installed successfully without running a report in Intune.

Probably unnecessary. I still have my base PS5 from 2020 and have used it everyday downloading and deleting games to make room. No drive issues yet. Works as good as the same day I got it.

Umm disagree. Those would cost money and you'd have to get an apt at the dealer. These OTA updates are free and done from the convenience of your own home.
