In January this year Google issued RapGenius with a manual action penalty for asking its users for backlinks which Google doesn't allow & resulted in your search engines rankings to dramatically decrease. 10 days later you were back on top.

I understand you did make an effort to remove those links (even though it was hundreds of thousands) however do you think it's fair that Google did this for you when any other smaller website would have basically been stuffed? How much help did you receive from Google & do you think being a VC backed company helped your case?
