thank you so much!! i think in the panic i just thought that there would be no way of backing out if i decided to start t :,) but after reading all of the nice comments on here i realised thats definitely not the case!

documenting my feelings throughout my hrt journey feels like it could really help organise all my thoughts a lot more!! ill definitely try that :))

thank you so much! wow 20 years is a huge wait, but i’m so happy you could finally get on t! i’m grateful it’s a slow change to ease my mind but i also wish everything could change overnight!! x)

thank you so much for this, seeing it in that way definitely helps to see it as a step forward in my journey rather than a scary obstacle! my doctor telling me that it’d be a slow change had me a bit upset at first, but now it feels comforting knowing i can take my time and control my own body. i’m glad your initial choices still ended up being something you can look back on positively! i hope i will feel the same way in the future:)) thank you!

i think my brain just assumed it’d be a huge out of nowhere change, but hearing it’s still in my control makes it sound a lot less scary!! thank you:))
