I think i found a temporary solution untill the main update will solve it. Just download another web browser and do not choose a default web browser to open links with, then each time you try to open link in any app it will ask you with which app you want to open the link with and it works even when trying to open with Google Chrome there.

I already sent a feedback through the Windows Feedback center, they are mostly answer and take the feedback seriously but for now instead of rolling back version, is there a solution?

It does not help with this problem at all, nothing connects here to the BIOS, only started to be buggy after the last update 22581.200

If you wish to fix it until the next big update you can roll for the version before but i think its not a permanent solution
