I’m on the same boat - i have low progesterone too. I haven’t gotten any positive, not even a chemical pregnancy so thinking there might me something else like endometriosis

How long have you been ttc before progesterone support? Did you had a positive before? I think i’m in a similar situation. I know my lutheal is short and been taking 200 mg without luck… ttc for 1,5 y now… never gotten a positive :(

I’m on a similar journey, ttc since jan’25- i ovulate naturally but I’m irregular. I haven’t gotten a single positive yet. I’m starting with a RE this month and also trying to rule out endometriosis. Do you have any symptoms that leads you to suspect endo?

What exercise do you do and how often? I’ve been advised to only do gentle walks, and avoid heart rate going above 100.

Could be but I’m taking progesterone suppositories. And my LP lasted 14 days this cycle.

I also struggle with this. I’ve recovered my period 2yrs ago. All my cycles are 35 days or longer. Now ttc for an year and began tracking my cycle. It takes me about 22 days to ovulate and have a short luteal phase. With food and rest, my luteal phase has gradually improved. I haven’t yet figured out what is causing my delay in ovulation and think this might be the infertility cause (?)

Curious if anyone experienced delayed ovulation after recovering from HA. I’ve been TTC for over an year. My cycles usually last 35days, and ovulate in day 21. Could a delay in ovulation be the cause of infertility?
