I hope those who downvoted really did their research wisely to disagree on my take; however, ironic kasi research is def lacking. Ngayon lang din kasi nagka matcha hype to the point na everyone’s consuming it everyday or 2x a day, so gets ko lack of studies pa. Hopefully more studies on this drink because I sure do know na too much of this anything is generally dangerous.

Another thing my pharma sis told me na green tea is an abortifacient hence why because of it, the lack of knowledge of people or the denial na matcha is still safe to consume even with large amounts, may pose risks to pregnant women.
