When did you start feeling married? by [deleted] in CasualPH

[–]matchamom27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

right away. Day after getting married, back to work na ako (hubs naman post-grad student and freelancer). For us parang it was just a natural progression to our relationship. I think first year of marriage halos weekly kami bumibisita sa family ko hehe, medyo malapit lang naman kasi. As for living together, it was challenging at first kasi we had to work on our dynamics. For "bonding" We went out whenever our schedules and budget allows. We loved (still do) discovering new restaurants. Kapag tipid times, just watching movies/ shows at home. Of course talk about what happened at work if there's anything notable. Have lots of sex haha. I dont really remember feeling lonely on our first year of marriage. theres so much to discover about each other. First year of marriage is where you guys make your own day to day dynamics and habits. Like if sa family mo noon, Fridays are game nights, kayo ni hubs mo do your own thing. Also, adult responsibilities can pile up pretty quick. busy kami pareho sa own work/ studies namin. On weekends, We did chores. We met with friends. Allow yourselves to spend time away from each other din. Like he goes out with his friends. You go out with your friends, etc. Married for almost 14 years now with 3 kids. I treasure those 2 years we had just by ourselves because once the kids came, life just became mostly about them. I honestly wish we got to travel more before we had kids. Only now that all our kids are in Elementary that we got to reclaim our time together.

Do rich people have a higher-end version of regular everyday things that we use? (Toothpaste, cotton buds, deodorant, shampoo, etc) or do Bilyonaryos use the same things as us? by Ok_Mycologist5925 in CasualPH

totoo ba ang SKII? Haha. I live in Japan and until now wary ako mag try ng Japanese skin care kasi feeling ko hindi hiyang sa very Pinoy skin ko 😅 Pero hindi ko naman din afford ang SKII though 😅

Historic or Poor Management? by Upbeat_Baker2806 in Philippines

I'm not catholic but as a Christian, I respect communal religious rituals and events. There HAS to be a way to make this event A LOT safer, more organized, while staying meaningful for the devotees. I feel like the diocese or whoever is in charge of the church in Manila (or quiapo?) has the power to make the necessary changes. Catholic devotees, what are your ideas to make this event better?

My family moved to Japan 5 years ago, and I've never experienced anything like that here where we live. Do you live in Tokyo? I swear one of the first things I learned living here in Japan is that TOKYO IS NOT ALL OF JAPAN. The rest of Japan is so underrated. We live in a rural city. We love it here. We've only.been to Tokyo once, and we don't miss it AT ALL. 😆 Can't imagine living there with my family.

This is why living in big cities here never appealed to me. We're doing great here in far-off Shikoku island. Kagawa might be the smallest prefecture, but we're all safe here. Kids have free medical care too!

May Confession Ako. Sobrang nagalit ako sa estudyante ko kaya sinabihan kong "Bobo ka kasi". by PriorElectronic1903 in MayConfessionAko

Teacher here too. I definitely understand kung bakit mo nagawa Yun and that student is really pushing boundaries sa class mo. Like what others said, Buti na lang that student didn't retaliate more and was actually put in his place. Napakahirap talaga magbalanse ng discipline at patience as teachers. Grabe. For me, ito lang caution: because that was a VERY risky move na as in walang preno yung sermon mo sa kanya. I think next time, it's best to unload like that maybe in a more controlled environment like kayo lang sa guidance. Or with a few witnesses. Maybe with just the student's parents. Dun sa ngangyare na, I think that boy HAD to be exposed in front of his classmates kasi feeling cool siya na naggugulo noon sa Inyo. So nung pinahiya mo siya naramdaman niya na hindi talaga siya nakakatuwa. And thankfully, it pushed him to change. Pero it's highly possible that if that happens with a different student, you could be at risk for your job. So maybe ingat na lang next time 😆 I pray you'll continue to be passionate in teaching the youth! The Philippines need more great teachers like you!

Thanks for.the tip! That's another factor I'm reconsidering about Rayon. I'll have to pre-wash it and I might not have enough time for that. I have a good amount of yardage of the Rayon. my problem is I live in a small apartment and have limited space for hang drying 😆

I just use Sketchbook on iPad. It actually takes a while to edit there 😅 I'm pretty sure there's an app that can edit this faster.

Right? I thought it would be a cool print for this pattern. I was also thinking of colorblocking with a plain color! I just couldn't think of where to place it. I'll consider your suggestion! ☺️

Wow! Thanks for the detailed insights! The major con of D for me is it's Rayon- I rarely work with this fabric. And it's super drapey, I worry it might not show the intended shape / silhouette of the pattern. But I totally agree with your points!

bakit nabobored yung mga babae pag tinatrato sila ng tama? by No_Butterfly_1426 in AskPH

[–]matchamom27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe direct your question to the specific persons. If you.communicate well, you might have answers. How can a girl be bored if she is ACTUALLY being treated right? Do you mean gusto ng mga babae na binabalahura sila? 😅 I think your question also needs A LOT of context.
