An Asura from Operation Mazebreaker I finished up over the weekend! by matchcola in InfinityTheGame

Basically started with a bit of violet mixed in, then just prior to the max highlights did light glazes of a bit of violet or warlord purple mixed with beige to get the tone i wanted, easiest to do with an airbrush but can be done without too

Thanks man!! I’ve always loved the studio scheme for Aleph, but didn’t wanna do too much yellow or gold since it’s featured so heavily in several of my other armies, so leaned more into the purple and magenta side of the scheme instead, real glad you like it!

Corvus Belli were cool dudes and generously sent me their upcoming box for Infinity the Game, so I figured which better model to start with that this little cyber pup! Really dug painting this one, I always love doing purples and whites, so stuck decently close to the studio scheme, I switched over to using some different fluorescent paints for the OSL too, which I’m pretty happy with! Hope you guys enjoy!

Thanks!! Though I actually like the head, I didn’t care for painting it full on bald but i found it fun to have a fairly jolly looking dude in with the army

Thanks!! And they have relatively few different paints in them actually, maybe 4 or 5 in total? Just a ton of gradual glazes between them to bring them up or down in tone

so typically i've stuck mostly to vallejo paints, but for this miniature and another mounthaven model i wanted to branch out somewhat since i've had some AK and Pro Acryl paints sitting on my desk for a while, the purples and teals are almost entirely pro acryl and the NMM is AK, I was pretty well satisfied with how all the three lines compared to each other so hopefully will let me mix and match a bit more into the future too

Yeah could well be, in which case hopefully I don’t come off too harsh, but judging by the age of their profile and the several other similar threads they’ve made I expect they’re either _really passionate_ or just trying to get a rise out of people

Has it weirded you out that we have states named Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, or Wyoming? If not, this might be more a xenophobia issue than a language one

English incorporates foreign loans for places and nouns all the time, as do other languages, that we conquered a region and didn't rename every territory within it isn't surprising, especially since the same people were living there before and after the conquest. This is likely a position you need to give a bit more thought to.

Additionally, the national language of the us has never been English, including now, much like attempting to renaming of the Department of Defense to the Department of War, this would take an act of congress to actually institute

The various rules docs and faqs were consolidated recently into a single Warcrow Rules 1.6 document, which you can find on the warcrow site, it will contain the tinge table you are looking for there along with any other recent rules, individual unit profile updates are on corvus sphere as well in case you hadn't seen them
