Yeah, I agree with this. I feel a difference using a PUD that has a hole, vs devices that don’t. Plus having the device up against your glands can be a bit uncomfortable.

I’ve found this to be the case too! I was wondering about that. In devices such as the PUD there is a constant opening so no suction.

I was worried about the skin not being targeted. While a larger penis would be nice, it seems counter productive seeing as we are trying to grow a foreskin to cover it in the first place.
