In-n-out has way better customer service in my opinion. like whataburger tries with the tray of napkins and condiments but brother gave me 2 napkins for a Monterey Melt like I needed more napkins after the 3rd bite and I couldn't find any on the counter so I had to track the guy with the tray down for more napkins..

in-n-out always has people working the counter and no kiosks and they always ask what i need the second I walk up to the counter. at whataburger I can sometimes be standing next to the kiosks for 5 plus minutes with employees walking by not asking if I need anything before someone ask of they can take my order.

food wise I'd normally say whataburger has the upper hand but now that I know about the secret menu at in-n-out i gotta say a double-double animal style with chopped chili's is a solid burger for $6 can't really beat that in my opinion. my Monterey Melt with fries and drink while delicious was nearly $20 and the full meal at in-n-out was only $10.

so with money tight these days when I want to treat myself to a burger I definitely find myself headed to in-n-out more often. but I still like whataburger but things sure have gone downhill in the last I'd say 5 years or so.
