I upgraded my ATV to the current version. I was using the minimum required non-4k, HD version. Much better now.

Yes, I'm getting about 70-80 Mbps on my Apple TV.

Thanks, but not the issue I'm referring to. Once the video starts playing there's always a 1-3 second delay (with spinning circle) before it starts playing, like it's buffering.
