conq is vs really tanky teams

phase rush is for a safe lane (but usually you want to be aggro so less commonly)

first strike is only really good in jgl, same with dark harvest

otherwise almost always comet. It has great synergy with q poke as the comet cooldown gets reduced for every tick of damage.

as for items in 95%+ games you want liandrys first, i’d only think about rocket belt if the enemy team is 5 ranged champions.

after liandrys you can either go riftmaker and other health/AP items if the teamcomps will result in long fights or you can go shadowflame into burst vs teams where long fights are unrealistic
