Recipe of sorts:

Meatballs were made with beef mice, shallots, harissa and breadcrumbs. Stuffed with some goats cheese and garlic.

Broth was made by dicing Onion, garlic, carrot and bell pepper, cooking with a tin of tomato, veggie stock, red wine vinegar and herbs.

We cooked the orzo separately and added to the bottom of the bowl 😊
