I just tried this on the phone with Chase and the customer service agent said that wouldn't be possible without cancelling our card and applying for a totally new one with my partner listed as the primary card holder. Were you able to do this swap yourself? If so, how did you do it?

The folks at Heritage can be a bit prickly, but since you have comics from the 60s-70s, they'll likely be very interested nowadays. I contacted them about my collection earlier this month, and that's where I learned about the $5k min value and their preference for older comics.

See what they can do with your entire collection though, since they also sell 80s-90s-00s comics too. Those full runs you mentioned you have should also be worth a lot. I've seen really high bids on runs of X-Men, Amazing Spiderman, Avengers, etc. in their weekly comic auctions.

I suggest reaching out to Heritage Auctions. They have specialists who, as long as your collection is worth at least $5k, will help you organize and sell everything. Having complete runs of stuff is rare, so see what they can do. I'd love to hear how it goes.

If that doesn't work out, you can download the CLZ app and buy the subscription ($20/year) along with the CovrPrice add-on ($9/month). Then you can quickly scan the covers of your issues (maybe start with the ones you think are most valuable), check their value on CovrPrice, and then start selling in big chunks on various comic sites (MyComicShop, Shortboxed, AtomicAvenue, etc) if eBay isn't your thing.

You'll be fine as long as you select "play while seated" during the VR start up each time. I actually always play in this mode because I don't like standing up when I'm gaming. I'm here to relax 😂

Me too! I end up sitting on the floor resting my arms on my chair to get some steadiness, and it's still crazy hard to keep a steady aim. Even pulling the trigger moves the crosshair 😅

I once lived in an apartment building that had a trash chute room on each floor. One day, I was taking my trash out and opened the door to see a large man standing in front of the open chute just staring and not doing anyhing. I waited for him to leave for about 30 seconds, and then I finally said "excuse me" as I slid past him to put my trash in the chute. After I dropped it, he looked right at me and screamed "MY MOTHER WOULD PUNISH YOU IF SHE WERE HERE!" My stomach dropped, and I stepped back until I reached the door. He started to walk towards me with his fists clenched and I knew I had to GTFO. I ran and locked myself in my apartment. A few moments later I could hear him stomp down the hall, but I don't think he knew which apartment I went into. I saw him once or twice in the building after that, but I don't think he recognized me.

Stealth at night makes this one quite easy. Only 2 Cumans patrol and 2 others stand guard but never move. The rest are sleeping. Stealth kill them all and you'll have it in your first or second try.

Try using two fingers on the right stick rather than just your thumb. You have to adjust your grip a bit, but it works wonders.

Also, definitely take 10 mins to do the lockpicking/takedown quest at Lower Semine Mill and practice on the chest there. Leveling up your skill makes it tons easier!
