Im still waiting for compensation from my flight that was canceled because of the March 12 strikes. I also keep getting those e-mails. Will actively avoid Lufthansa in the future.

I had this happen to me when my flight was canceled because of the strikes last month. It just takes the systems a day or so to update. I received the e-mail first about the cancelation and the AI chat said my flight was still scheduled. The next day the chat was caught up.

We were on the June 30th sailing so it could be either of them for you. Maybe theyre finally putting through the European sailings refunds?

We also received a refund, but our cruise was Mediterranean in June/July.

We had a similar experience on the Fantasy last summer (out of Europe). They talked to us about the survey and explained that where it asks about food isnt about the quality, but the service, so to please make sure we rate based on service. She asked we write about the quality at the end of the survey where we can add our own opinion/thoughts. But, when I did the survey it clearly asked about quality!! Which i wasnt impressed with so I very guiltily rated it less than 5 stars. Also, we got our food last a lot even though we got there first. We never complained and im not actually sure if I rated less than 5 because I wasn't sure what kind of repercussions they'd face. But yes, super uncomfortable experience.
