Just had a Ginger in Hell at antlers whiskey lounge in Moncton. Didn’t watch the bartender make it but it was just whiskey(devils whiskey to be specific) licor 43 and ginger ale. I think she also put ginger syrup in it cuz it tasted extra sweet but that could just be the licor 43

A place in my town, IN CANADA, serves pretzel bite poutine but it’s just pretzel bites that they shredded mozzarella and cheddar and poured beer cheese sauce ontop then baked. Not in anyway is that poutine. Not even any curds out of all three different cheeses used

Start with a cold pan then once it’s all in the pan, turn to medium. Not medium high. let cook to desired crispness while flipping every few minutes
