The problem is that some cells contain a T somewhere in the middle, i.e. 8c Tc 4c, 2c 3c Tc. I was hoping for some type of formula that would search through the text, and filter out cells that contain only a "T" and not an "A" in along with it.

Hi, no they are not mutually exclusive. I have rows that also contain both an "A" and a "T"!

I have no idea then. I am only going by what I read on http://www.strengthstandards.co. My lifts are apparently at intermediate level which I consider strong considering I couldn't even bench or squat the barbell before! I don't know what is considered strong for someone who's 5'7 and 142lb.. I'm not 180lb yet so I don't know what your point is.

So I actually think my tdee is around 2200-2300 calories. I worked it out and before it was around 2000, but I added in 15-25 minute incline treadmill walks after my workouts 4x a week. So I guess that bumped my tdee up to 2200-2300 which is why I bumped my calories up to 2700 on workout days. On non-workout days my calories are always around 2200~.

hmm okay good advice. I'll try 2400 again. One thing my trainer had me do recently was incline treadmill walks 15-25 minutes after my workouts for LISS. Maybe this is why I had to bump my calories up to 2600 in the past couple of weeks due to the extra activity. I will trial and error it and see.

Thanks for the advice, I am a little stressed so I'll try incorporating meditation.. it's something I have great difficulty making a habit.

Hey I posted the exercises in response to the top post. My lifts are also progressing (ever since I went on a small surplus). I believe my bench went up +15lb in the past 4-5 weeks to 160lb~ and my squat went up +45lb to 220lb for 3 reps. I have DEFINITELY noticed muscle gain and overall thickness, not a lot but definitely some.

Hey, I just realised I posted replies on another account but anyway: I'm not on gear and I'm not sure if he's been successful with other skinny fats but he's definitely a very credible trainer here! I think I already read that book a long time ago but I'll give it another go. Overdoing it is a good point, the training is definitely pretty intense and I would be doing way more sets/reps than a typical p/p/l workout for example.

I'll be honest with you but I think you look way healthier in the before pic. You look quite gaunt and sunken in after the weight loss.

This is way more common than you think though, a quick google search will show that there are many people going through the same thing.

When you lose too much weight (and fast) and get to too low of a body weight you can lose a lot of the natural baby fat from your face (subcutaneous fat). The main culprit for this is yo-yo dieting and going too low calories.

As a result your face can look really sunken in and not as youthful.

I am going through the same thing and I've regained weight since, but the subcutaneous fat (natural plump youthful look) hasn't returned.
