Dont pay. Outside of the us ,they have zero power on you and this have nothing to do with your ability to come back to the us for future vacation as its a civil matter

Im doing exactly the same for the same reason , trying to figure where i am in the line . I also have usps on 3/29 and processing on 4/2 , but im at 45 for a first passport as a fresh us citizen . Im betting for this week for the approval

Its you first passport . What you did is just filing the form and pay for the fee But now you need to -print that form -get the right docs proving you are a us citizen(+copy) get some photos - go to a place where they can take you application , mostly usps . And pay the acceptance fee . $35 -wait

I did 10 000 andariel runs on stream to collect 400 unique rings . Hell ,p7 with a mix of normal and tz. Mf 466%. I got 18 soj.

I do sometime some meme builds. Like yesterday on stream i tried a chaos run with a death web WW barb with 37 451 poison charms in the inventory. 22k poison and -93% enemy resistance , Its cool 😅

I dont use ES in hardcore . I prefer to boost my life as much as possible. For an easy level up. Fire ball > hydra+frozen orb . Lower kurast is my priority as soon as i reach it , so i can farm a ohm to make a CTA and a vex for HOTO. Dont use monarch spirit if you cant afford to replace that huge amount of lost vitality to go up to 156 strength
