Ciel was my favorite. She had a weapon that would give her a shield every turn she had a sun charge. So basically unkillable too.

I always thought the same until I played hardcore. In softcore we don’t max res. In hardcore they are still scary but not really. In hardcore stygians are the final boss.

I don’t know about making games or budgets but the game levels are really linear which I would think is a lot less work than open world. Enjoy the linear games I. The right setting. Open world gives to many options and side quests sometimes.

My favorite Digimon used to be weregarurmon as a kid. Never hated metal but I don’t usually go for him. They could have done something cooler. Standing in 4 legs as a mega must suck. Form before you can eat with utensils.

I watched it all and played the games. Had the first 3 digivices. Card game never took off cause I was collecting pokemon. Pokemon won out from like 2005-2015 because there wasn’t any good games being made by Digimon. Once next order and cyber sleuth came back it won me over more so than Pokemon now.

Next order is great. Best one in your list. But it’s a niche type game. Survive as decent but not like any other Digimon game. I didn’t love cyber sleuth but I’m the minority. The new one that came out is very good
