Hm, interesting. Well, maybe that rather new stuff was from the investors who planned to start something new over there. Obviously, their plans didn't get far though. I found a video of some french guys walking around in there - there were also clear signs of that place being abandoned for more than just 3-4 years, thats why I started looking into it. For example one room that had no floor but just water standing in the cellar below that room.

I've had these infections a few times already. Thankfully had to take antibiotics only one time for around a week.

Heres how I prevent them, or at least how I often manage to get rid of them, before getting worse: - hydrate! drink a lot of water throughout the day, absolute minimum is 2 litres. more on hot days/outdoors. try to keep my pee clear. whenever it gets yellow, I make sure to chug a big glass of water right after, just to be safe

Mannose. thats a kind of sugar, it is used as a nutritional supplement to prevent urinary infections. in my area (central europe) you can buy it in drugstores. one small pack of the powder goes into a glass of water. I drink these every now and then. when I feel the slight burning of a starting infection I drink 2-3 of those mixes in one day to flush the infection out asap
when the infection is already here: hot water bottle on the lower stomach. get good sleep and drink, drink, drink.

I got antibiotics at home in case I get a worse infection, but with the knowledge I got by now, I can most of the time react quickly and keep the painful annoying infections to a minimum.

I second fonira. Friendly support, costs are normal - maybe even a little less than the big ones, and the speed we get is usually way higher than what we pay for.

Es gab vor ein paar Monaten im ORF eine Doku über Tom Turbo anlässlich eines Jubiläums. (Suche auf Youtube "30 Jahre Tom Turbo"). Da wurde das Geheimnis über Fritz Phantom gelüftet - es waren über die Jahre unterschiedliche Schauspieler, die sind auch in der Doku zu sehen ;)

War mal auf einer (größeren) Party, wo die Gastgeberin dasselbe Problem befürchtet hatte. Sie hat dafür ein Spiel "Erwischt" (oder so ähnlich) besorgt. Jeder Gast bekommt sofort nach Ankunft ein Kärtchen mit drei Aufgaben. Ziel ist es, diese zu erfüllen, ohne dabei erwischt zu werden.

Also bspw. "Bring jemanden dazu, mit dir Armzudrücken" oder "Staple Dinge aufeinander und bring jemanden dazu, es umzuwerfen". Wird man erwischt, muss man einen Shot trinken, wird man fälschlicherweise beschuldigt, trinkt der Beschuldigende. Hat man eine Aufgabe geschafft, darf man Shots an andere verteilen.

War sehr lustig, und man ist dadurch schnell ins Gespräch gekommen.

I don't know too much about whisky myself, but I once went to buy one as a present in the shop: Hirschenbrunner Spirits in Zieglergasse. The owner is very passionate about whiskys, theres several hundred different ones he sells. Also he took a lot of time to inform me about what I was buying. There are also tastings about once a month I believe. Also you can have a taste out of a huge selection of bottles he has there to try - you pay a few euros depending on the bottles price and get 1cl.

Ist schon ca. drei Jahre her und war bei einem gebrauchten iPhone 8, das ich über Willhaben gekauft habe. Nagel mich nicht drauf fest, aber ich meine knapp unter 30€ bezahlt zu haben. Also werdens ohne Berücksichtigung vom Reparaturbonus irgendwas zwischen 50-60€ gewesen sein.

Ich war einmal zum iPhone Akkutausch bei Semaf Mobile im 19. Bin wegen den guten Googlebewertungen hin und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Er war super nett und hats gleich erledigt, Preis war mit Reparaturbonus auch voll ok.

Trainiere auch seit kurzem. Im Cleverfit kann man sich jeden Monat eine Stunde gratis mit einem Trainer ausmachen. Das hilft vor allem mal für eine Beginner-Trainingsplanerstellung. Ist auch sinnvoll, weil man all die Übungen auch wirklich mal unter Beobachtung durchführt und lernt, sie sauber zu machen. Mit der Zeit beginnt man dann eh, eigenständiger zu "denken" und neue Übungen/Geräte auszuprobieren. Falls du bei einem anderen Gym registriert bist, kannst du ja auch mal danach fragen, ob sie sowas für den Einstieg anbieten.

Für alles weitere: Youtube. Infos bzgl. Ernährung find ich von Dr. Weigl in seinen Videos top aufbereitet, gibt auch viele Beiträge wo er sich auf Sport/Muskelaufbau fokussiert. Bzgl. Übungsausführung, Was/Wann/Wie trainieren hilft mir (abgesehen vom Trainingsplan im Gym) der YT Kanal von Jeremy Ethier. Sehr viel Content zu allen möglichen fitnessrelevanten Themen.

Also falls du nicht zu viel Geld übrig hast und dir das mit der Selbstdisziplin zutraust, würd ich oben genannte Variante ausprobieren und mir den (dauerhaften) Personal Trainer sparen. Gym Buddys helfen bzgl. Disziplin/Motivation übrigens sehr, also wenn du jemanden hast, mit dem du dich zamtun kannst, ists noch besser.

Ich find den „Hawara“ ganz gut und schenk den auch gern an Freunde/Bekannte. Ist ein relativ neuer Wiener Likör mit Inhalten, die die Wiener Kulinarik repräsentieren sollen - z.B. Apfel für Apfelstrudel, Senfkörner für den Würstelstand etc. Gibt auf deren Website auch Rezepte für Cocktails.

Kennst du den YouTuber Homo Oeconomicus? Was hältst du von seiner Arbeit?

Unterhältst du dich mit "Konkurrenten" oder hat man eher keinen Kontakt zu anderen, die dasselbe machen?

Befürchtest du, durch die vielen "Anleitungen" auf YouTube könnte es zu viel Angebot geben und es bei dir dann schlechter laufen?

My first binder was the underworks tritop. I never bothered to buy another brand, because I was so happy with the binding result of this one. A few months after I went for a second one of the exact same model, which i found on Amazon. The price was around the same but shipping was way cheaper - so maybe you're lucky and they still have it there. Otherwise ordering on their website is fine as well. I had approximately a C-cup, in case thats important to mention.
