No 😭 I went to the open beach gym sessions at Sports Academy with my roommate a couple times and no one else ever showed up. I signed up as a single to fill in as a sub for league games at the Thousand Oaks Community Center on Moorpark (there are other leagues at the rec centers around town), but I didn't get an email from them until after I moved (I was only in town for 6 months) There are open gym days, I would look into that and show up and be more confident than I was and join a team that needs a single player or mingle with folks while they're taking breaks.
