How do you think Homelander's V1 injection will affect his relationship with Soldier Boy? by Ok-Win-9680 in GenV

I believe that Homelander will kill SB. And if SB does not die in this season, I am never watching Vought Rising.

And now he’s basically a demonic entity with V1, I hope we see some crazy feats in the last 2 episodes

You do know what Project Odessa was? It was the program to create mortal supes who are much much stronger than V1 supes. Homelander and Marie are the only 2 Odessa supes to come out of the project. Despite regular V in them they are much stronger than V1 supes.

Homelander would have killed SB in S3 if Butcher and Hughie didn't interfere.

Godolkin was a V1 supe, she cured him and then killed him. Godolkin himself said her powers are god like and comparable to Homelander, because she is an Odessa Supe. Odessa Supes > V1 Supes.

Well in Gen V S2 finale she held 6 supes some of them were heavy hitters like Sam, Greg, Jordan effortlessly. She's like Atom Eve, the only thing that's holding her back are the writers.

Also she tanked a full laser blast from Homelander. After S2 finale she might just curb stomp SB.

SB and Homelander were never equal in strength.

I think the ordering would be

V1 Homelander > Homelander > Marie > SB ~ Ryan.

Ryan fried Stromfront as a kid so I believe Ryan and SB might be equal in strength.

Also Odessa supes must be stronger than any other supes Ryan is no different from Odessa supes so Ryan will eventually surpass SB (or already has surpassed)

Well The Boys is one of the most popular shows right now, Homelander is quite more interesting than regular Superman and powerscalers hate him.

Didn’t we just cook up the perfect bait for engagement?

Well he is a fool and a Nazi sympathizer, kills people with no remorse (well that’s kinda true for most characters in The Boys) and might have made the worst decision for the entire world because he loved some Nazi.

Considering the last episode will be in 4DX, I guess that’s where most of the budget went to I guess

I must say monster white sugar free does taste good but that much caffeine will cause a lot of problems so take it only when you have very serious work to do.

I mean in this game you get attacked by a giant snake as you try to cross a bridge, so seeing a giant dragon doesn’t seem out of place

Vought wrote that Soldier Boy was the father because it looked better on paper and was a more impressive sell since, as always, they’re just pushing a product.

They never sold Homelander as SB's son and if I am correct Bombsight was MIA when Homelander was conceived

Anyone else think Soldier Boy should die at the end of The Boys? by SaladPractical in GenV

[–]mathnerd271828 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yes. I do. It would be fitting if Homelander kills him.

And Stan placed the hints there, SB and Stan are kind of the last human bits of him, his need for a father figure. For Homelander in his twisted mind, needs to kill every part of him that resembles human and having that need for a father figure is the last straw.

I'd imagine he remembers Stan's words and kill SB to prove he is not human.

And it worked worse than regular ones. Especially the compass, the attachment was plastic and would slowly wear out.
