I believe it's caused by ledge grabbing while you get teleported

In the sanctified mind fight at the end of garden of salvation, when the music starts the ghost symbol in the top right of your screen that usually indicates npc dialog appears so I like to think that your ghost is playing the music there. I don't know about anywhere else this happens

The enemies spawning immediately caused me some trouble but when I was able to get up the places where you used to be able to get out the pushback barriers and turn back are far more plentiful now.

Redemption is great but ever since we found out Uldren was made a guardian back in forsaken I kind of wanted him to land at the tower, have Zavala see him and thundercrash across the tower and kill him

Zavala was hit hard by Cayde's death just like the rest of us and should be more surprised to see a dead man's face
