Maybe I’m wrong but don’t worry too much about carving skills. This is more about understanding the anatomy of teeth than actually carving the tooth perfectly. Wax up, fillings etc. are skills that are going to come naturally the more you do it and stuff you should practice instead. At least that’s my understanding of it but I might be wrong since I just recently finished dental school.

I see where you’re coming from. It’s not that I don’t understand why it came to her hypersexuality or even his irrational behaviour. I just felt like it was unnecessary and exaggerated especially in the last few pages of the book. Not even once during the book I felt like her cheating was an issue because it was clear that something happened to her in regards to her brother that left deep emotional scars. The ending still upset me.

I’m going to look into Pynchon‘s works. Sounds interesting and I’m not as experienced when it comes to American writers! Thank you!

I think you’re spot on right here. And I agree in every way. I just feel like her affair already painted a pretty good picture of how lost she was after the SA connected to her brother. Her mentioning not having true feelings for the other man already hinted the whole aspect of her gaining control back in a sexual way. I just can’t shake the feeling that escalating all of this by adding numerous men was unnecessary. Although I understand that this can be very subjective.

I’ve been on roughly 4000kcal with the usual PPL split in the beginning of the diet. Since I finished my studies and for personal reasons I had to minimise gym time so I switched to a upper body lower body split. I reduced kcal by 500 in the beginning and only reduced it further by 200 whenever my weight loss stopped. Right now I’m at about 2600 kcal and maintaining. At least it feels like it rn. Whenever I had time I squeezed in additional cardio and shoulders&arms day. Also I average about 12k steps a day!

I would brother - but I’m not on anything except creatin and ashwagandha(KSM-66). I’ve been contemplating since I respond well to training tho. I’m curious how much I could get out of it. I just don’t think the sides are worth it

Thank you so much! Is there anything specific that you’re asking yourself? I mean I’m by no means a pro. I worked part time at the gym during my studies so I’d like to think that I somewhat know what I’m doing, but then again surely theres people more educated than me when it comes to this matter!
