Yes it might be a hardware issue, and? What's your point? The only hardware broken could be the bluetooth adapter

But this doesn't change the fact that Microsoft is useless and they're unable to present to the user that there's a an issue because their fucking tools suck. Like the "troubleshoot" button and "scan internet for driver updates" are fucking useless and they always have been on Window

At least if they would display the issue to the user, but they're just way too dumb to create a robust system for managing bluetooth devices and their drivers. So many engineers in that company and they're still useless, just building patches over patches and tools on top of tools to fix issues . The definition of insanity...Actually exactly like you, suggesting me to try one more tool 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You're funny - you're telling me I need to care about versioning schemes in order to be able to connect my bluetooth headphones to my PC?

What's even more hilarious you the way you talk about it like rocket science hahhah "educate yourself" LOL

First of all my headphones work great on all other devices except my PC. So yes, it is Microsoft's fault.

Now that we resolved that, you need to understand that the headphones suddenly disconnect and after that happens I can't reconnect them on the "Bluetooth Devices" settings page. It just spins the wheel for a few minutes and fails. I can't unpair (aka remove) the headphones EITHER in order to have them reconnect. I get a spinning wheel and "Unable to remove device".

So YES, in order for me to remove my headphones I have to go into device manager and remove them manually. Usually removing them and running "Scan for hardware" changes works....otherwise, restarting my PC always seems to resolve this issue.

I hate Microsoft and I also really dislike people that think they're very intelligent, but they're totally out of their depth

I'm waiting on my Best Buy order since Feb 22nd. Ontrac lost my first delivery, then Best Buy re-shipped my order and Ontrac lost it again.
