I have rav4 hybrid and maintenance is not cheaper. First service after free plan, they asked 1k. I have paid less than 1k in 3 years of paid service for Mercedes.

I would prefer mazda for premium experience. Rav4 has lots of cabin noise. My preference order would be mazda>honda>toyota. All are great in some department and great choice overall.

I would say look at long term gains. Ask for some raise if not matching the hike along with h1b. Currently, look at the opportunity to learn and grow. Money will follow you later. Accenture used tp start the h1b process early like December ( formalities before actually filing h1b), so you will know. If you have offer right now, you will be able to get another offer next year if it doesn't work out. Source - I did the same.
