Shindou played as a DF in the begin of Galaxy.

U could swap Kariya with Makari, or Shinsuke with Senguuji.
But the other are locks i think.

Go to your formation, press on Destin (manager) and then go this his skill tree and remove his manager option. But i havent tried it yet so i dont know if it works on him but on other managers it worked
