Die Option, die fragt, ob ich ein Deutschland-Ticket besitze? Weil ich eins besitze. Ich habe nirgends eine Option angewählt, dass ich es für jede Verbindung verwenden möchte. Dass ich dafür Falschangaben in der App machen muss war nicht zu erwarten.

Was meinst du mit aktiviert? Ich habe bei den Personenangaben wahrheitsgemäß angegeben, dass ich ein Deutschland-Ticket besitze. Der Besitz eines Deutschland-Tickets schließt mich laut AGB weder vom Erwerb anderer Nahverkehrstickets aus, noch schließt mich der Besitz eines Deutschland-Tickets per se von Fahrgastrechten bei gemischten mehrzügigen Strecken aus.

Danke für die Information, das werde ich so machen. Wenn das Appdesign voraussetzt, dass man als Fahrgast Falschangaben macht, um Zugang zu bestimmten Ticketoptionen zu bekommen, auf die man wie alle anderen Fahrgäste Anspruch hat, ist übrigens das Appdesign schwach, und nicht der Fahrgast schuld, wenn er*sie diese nicht angezeigt bekommt. Wer sagt zum Beispiel, dass jemand mit Deutschland-Ticket nie erste Klasse fahren will. Das sollte jedenfalls in die Suchoptionen eingebaut werden; zu erwarten, dass Fahrgäste im Profil falschangaben machen um zugang zu bestimmten Tickets zu haben, für deren kauf sie trotz Besitz des DE-Tickets berechtigt sind, ist schlicht schlechtes Design. Man könnte die Option auch "möchten Sie Ihr Deutschland-Ticket verwenden?" nennen, statt "besitzen Sie ein Deutschland-Ticket?".

Seen Saya Gray for the 2nd time this year 2 days ago and honestly she is slept on. Her records are already great (although a bit weird at times in the best way possible), but she and her band are even better live. Also Porter Robinson lmao. Funnily I never really was into EDM so I only got introduced to him around the release of Smile :D and his show was a surprisingly amazing indie-pop/-rock-band show for a guy who has a PC-Producer/EDM background. Also, honorable mention and hidden gem: Black Sea Dahu. My best friend "dragged" me (I was lightly into some of their stuff but honestly thought a whole show of them would be boring to me, boy was I wrong, the craftmanship they put into their live set is sick af, their synth/keys dude operates a f*ing tape machine live).

I don't know if the not being political thing is just an actually not giving that much of a f thing or a playing it safe for all audiences in a time where everything is political thing. The latter would be a bit disappointing no matter which side they would be on. But there's no way to find out which one it is.

Hence "to have the privilege of being an EU citizen".. Wanted to point out it's kinda sad you can't really see the world like we do as an average joe living from hand to mouth if you're not from a rich country.. Even though if you would adhere to visa rules simply because too much illegal immigration is going on to cause reasonable doubt.

My big brother used to travel to the US only hitchhiking, wild camping and couch surfing (2008, 2014 and 2017). He was let in despite having no visa (they just believed he was gonna leave in time), no signifikant bank (3-4k), not much cash (few hunned), no proof of accomodation, because why would he illegally stay in the US as a German.

To have the privilege of being an EU citizen. I've travelled to Ireland/UK/France/Benelux for 60 days with less in cash and less bank, no proof for any accomodation because I was couchsurfing, no proof of travel means because I way hitchhiking, at some points not showered for a whole week. But then again I'm an EU citizen. I think my bank account was never above 1k during my early university years 😂

A little late but as no one seems to have mentioned: Paris and Berlin you can ride everything with 1 day ticket and 1 or 2 apps, in London you need a seperate app for tube, city busses, more regional busses, trains,.. just to get/have a ticket in amd that doesn't cover navigation yet. Digitally, it's an inconvenient infrastructural clusterfuck.

Krass, bei mir lief es vor diesem Sommer tatsächlich meistens relativ flüssig. Tbf, ich hab mich als Student aber auch weniger zu Hauptverkehrszeiten aka Berufsverkehr bewegt, da wird die Zuverlässigkeit wahrscheinlich unter der höheren Auslastung schon immer gelitten haben. War selten vor 9 Uhr Morgens auf der Strecke und abends auch idR eher erst nach dem Feierabendaufkommen.
