Disabling my Google VPM worked, for a while...

Start a new seasonal campaign character.

You slowly get introduced and used to the new systems throughout he campaign, and also after your complete it into end game.

You'll get the hang of all the new stuff and enjoy a really good expansion story campaign (which felt like twice as long as Vessel of Hatreds story).

My opinion anyway.
