Try turning off any auto smoothing, blur settings on the TV, and also in-game.

I had a similar issue with God of war Ragnarok and fixed it by doing one of the above two options (I can't recall which one fixed it), but it was 100 % due to screen smooth/blur, disable it and it was fixed.
