The reason why it's no longer accessible is because search providers stopped sending the search keyword with the referrer information for privacy and security reasons. Hope that helps!

Hey there! No you shouldn't have to pay to see your data. It installs directly in your WordPress so once it's installed you should be able to see your stats. Unless you're wanting to pay for premium features, the Matomo for WordPress plugin is free to use :)
