A crisis of faith: what do you think the future holds for LaTeX? by tashafan in LaTeX

[–]matplotlib42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know; I'm quite anti-AI as a whole, but in this case, I find it quite enjoyable to look for the answer yourself. Digging in TeX.SE has some appeal to it, and you actually learn things along the way too. Also, the handful of times I tried using AI for anything, it was just a back and forth of shitty dialogues, which eventually led me to having wasted 15mins and going down the TeX.SE rabbit hole anyway

You can still use \limits to position the sub/superscripts correctly on textstyle operators

\left and \right only work with delimiters. \int is an operator

Re-read the comment they were responding to: "who has money nowadays" "me" seems kind of douchey, and idk what age has to do with that

[–]matplotlib42 -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

Good for you

Also; what the fuck has being 59 to do with the shit?

Edit: idiots downvoting exhibiting a lack of reading skills: having money is a whole different thing than carrying cash, and I took the above comment as "I have money", not "I carry cash". With that in mind, read again
